The spaceWe have personally equipped the Studio for your comfort, we want you to enjoy your stay, so if there is anything you need, please just ask, we live just upstairs - If we can help you, we will.

( Please note the kitchen DOES NOT have a Hob or Oven, it is not possible to cook meals, naturally there are 100's of restaurants in Brighton delivering food, if you need recommendations, just ask us )
Guest accessThe Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd is completely private, occupies the ground floor of our home, there is a gated entrance with remote control leading to a side alley which leads to your front door. ( we sometimes use the alley to access the rear of our property )
You have Parking on Street with a permit (provided)
Additional notesYou can check in any time after 2PM all through the night, depending on your arrival time I will leave you keys in a key safe by the entrance.
The Kitchenette in the Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd does not have an oven or a hob, it is not possible to cook meals, it is however the perfect space to prepare a lovely breakfast, heat up delivered meals or prepare drinks.

Neighborhood overviewWe are located in a very residential and beautiful area of Brighton City called Elm Grove, Bernard road is a tree lined road, mostly families reside here and despite being about 15 minutes walking distance from the hustle and bustle of noisy Brighton we enjoy piece and quiet and proper sleeps where we are. We also have free street parking on offer.
Getting aroundWe walk everywhere, Elm Grove is beautiful and so is Hanover ( the other side of Elm Grove ) the walk to town is absolutely lovely, there are lots of cafes, little local shops and stunning colourful terraces to admire. We have a Bus stop less than a minute from the Studio, the buses will take you anywhere in Brighton and day passes are pretty cheap too.
